1. Grace M. Raudenbush, also referred to herin as decedent, died on September 25, 2008.
2. The Petitioner, John R. Raudenbush, is the son of Grace M. Raudenbush. The Petitioner
is the Executor of the Estate of Grace M Raudenbush, named in her invalid Will, which
was witnessed but unsigned by Testatrix. A copy of the invalid Will is attached as
Exhibit A.

At the time of her death, Grace M. Raudenbush suffered from asbestosis.
Prior to her death Grace M. Raudenbush had filed a personal injury civil action as a result
of her diagnosed asbestosis.

5. Many of the Defendants in the decedent's lawsuit have filed for bankruptcy protection.
6. The trusts established through bankruptcy court proceedings of the bankrupt defendants
are now reaching settlements with the decedent.
7. The bankruptcy trusts will not pay claims directly to the survivors of the decedent but,
instead, require an estate to be opened.
8. Decedent, Grace M. Radenbush, has three sons, who would share in the settlements, if
found.
9. Daniel E.E. Hayes, a son of the decedent, has been located and signed a renunciation
form in favor or Petitioner as Administrator of the Estate.
10. Francis Edwin V. Hayes, a son of the decedent, cannot be located to sign a renunciation
or; for that matter, to take under the estate administration.
11. Because Francis Edwin V. Hayes cannot be located to sign a renunciation, Petitioner has
no other relief to open a set of letters of administration on his late mother without a citation by
this Register of Wills.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that a citation be granted upon Francis
Edwin V. Hayes to show cause why letters of administration on his late mother, Grace M.
Raudenbush, should not be granted to Petitioner, John R. Raudenbush, so that the estate maybe
opened and receive payments as a result of settlement of decedent's asbestos litigation.

I, GRACE MARDETTE RAUDENBUSH, a resident of Pennsylvania. being
of sound mind and memory do hereby make this my last will and
testament hereby revoking any and all wills made by me,
I nominATE AND APPOINT MY SON JOHN R. RAUDENBUSH as executor of
this will. I FURTHER DIRECT that no bond or `other security be
required of him. I request that if thesis monies in ANY OF
MY ACCCOUNTS he makes sure that his brother ,ED, has room rent
for at least a month and that it not be given to him but to his
