ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the administration of my estate. ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wheresoever situate to my wife, LUCY M. BERII.LA, providing she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. ITEM III: Should my wife, LUCY M. BERILLA, predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, all guns of which I die seised, I give, devise and bequeath to my brother, EDWIN W. BERILLA. ITEM IV: Should my wife, LUCY M. BERII,LA, predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wheresoever situate to my issue per stirpes, in shares of equal value, share and share alike. Such guardian and trustee shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the support and education of the person under the age of twenty-two (22) years, (including college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility to the person under the age of twenty-two (22) years or to such person's parent or to any person taking care of the person under the age of twenty-two (22) years.
