are about to execute corttemporeneously herewith a contract with Artlstech, Inc., hereinafter
called " ontractoe', for the construction of a two story single family detached house on a Lot of
Owner situate at 6 Europeana Circle, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A,° attached hereto
and made part hereof.
NOW, this V- day of 71/ne- 2011, before any authority has been
given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or
to purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against said improvements or the above property of Owner by
the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
construction upon said real property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the eastern right-of-way line of Europeana Circle (50-foot right-of-way) at the
dividing line between Lots F12 and F13 on the hereinafter referenced Plan; THENCE along the southern boundary
line of Lot F12, South 47 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 209.14 feet to a point on the northwest
corner of Lot F7; THENCE along the western boundary line of Lot F7, South 44 degrees 53 minutes 25 seconds
West, a distance of 130.00 feet to a point at the northeast corner of Lot F14; THENCE the northern boundary line of
Lot F14, North 39 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 171.69 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-
way line of Europeana Circle; THENCE along Europeana Circle by a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet
and an arc length of 61.92 feet to a point; THENCE continuing along the same by a curve to the right having a
radius of 7.00 feet and an arc length of 7.11 feet to a point; THENCE continuing along the same by a curve to the
right having a radius of 575.00 feet and an arc length of 49.44 feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot F13 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda Heights, Phase I, Section 10.A and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office at instrument No. 200819929.
CONTAINING 22,575 square feet or 0.52 acres.
