DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 7th day of June, 2011, upon consideration of the Amended Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters filed by Lauren L. Laufenberg and William A. Duncan, Esquire, dated and filed on
June 6, 2011 for the estate of Jennifer M. Zierer, and indicating the assets of the estate will remain in the
custody of the Pennsylvania Co-Administrator, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that surety bond in the
amount of $40,000.00 is waived.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration shall be issued to Lauren L.
Laufenberg and William A. Duncan, Esquire who shall have all the rights anal duties of fiduciaries under
the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
