I, Mary Baughman Arbegast, a resident of R. D. ~3, Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently
done after my decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, be it
real, personal or mixed, to my husband, Daniel Herman Arbegast,
Jr., for his own proper use and behoof forever.
In the event my husband, Daniel Herman Arbegast, Jr., pre-
deceases me or we should perish in a common disaster, then, I
give, devise and bequeath the following to my daughter, Susan
Jane Arbegast, or her heirs: dry sink, meat block, grandmother's
bracelet, and all dishes, including grandmother's; I give, devise
and bequeath the following to my son, Daniel Herman Arbegast III,
or his heirs: drop-leaf table, wash stand, grandfather's railroad
watch, and all hand and power tools; I give, devise and .bequeath
all our coins and United States Government Bonds to our grand-
children, or their heirs, to be divided equally, share and share
alike. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it
real, personal or mixed, shall be divided equally between my
daughter, Susan Jane Arbegast, ar her heirs, and my son, Daniel
Herman Arbegast III, or his heirs.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and a oint
pp my husband,
Daniel Herman Arbegast, Jr., to be the Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament. In the event my husband, Daniel Herman
Ai'ebgast, Jr., is unable to serve as Executor for any re~
whatsoever, I name, constitute and appoint Susan Jane Ar ~~
