Petition for Rule to Show Cause filed in the above-captioned matter, and following a

hearing held June 17, 2011, it hereby ORDERED and DECREED that:

(1) Fred H. Junkins, Executor of the Estate of Charles J. Rife, deceased, shall file, within
'~ days of the date of this order, an accounting of the administration of the Edith S.
Rife Trust by Charles J. Rife from the date of death of Edith S. Rife:
(a) to date, as to the Charles J. Rife separate share, and
(b) to the date of the transfer to MarkleBank, as to the Catharine R. Maxwell
share;
(2) the several beneficiaries of the Edith S. Rife Trust shall file objections, if any, to the
accounting(s) filed by the Executor pursuant to (1), above, within forty-five (45) days of
service of the same;
(3) John W. Maxwell and Barry Maxwell are hereby appointed as Successor Co-Trustees
of the Edith S. Rife Trust, without liability for any action or inaction taken or not taken
by any predecessor trustee;
(4) the Executor of the Estate of Charles J. Rife is hereby directed to fully cooperate with
the Successor Co-Trustees in order to facilitate the immediate transfer of all assets

remaining in the Edith S. Rife Trust to the Successor Co-Trustees for further
administration; and
(5) the Executor of the Estate of Charles J. Rife is further ordered to deliver to James D.
Cameron, Esq., to be held by him for the use of the Successor Co-Trustees, within fifteen
(15) days of the date of this order, any and all records or other documents in any way
related to the Edith S. Rife Trust that were within the possession and control of Charles J.
Rife at the time of his death.
