KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, BARBARA B. GREENLEE and
PATRICIA G. THORNTON, designated Co-Trustees of the bypass trust created under Articles
Four and Five of the Last Will and Testament of William D. Greenlee, have been granted the
power under Article Eleven (5) of the Last Will and Testament of William D. Greenlee "to
disclaim any interest, in whole or in part, of which I, my Personal Representative, or my Trustee,
maybe the beneficiary, devisee, or legatee, by executing an appropriate instrument (in
accordance with section 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as emended, or such similar
section as may then be in effect)". Such disclaimed property would then. pass to BARBARA B.
GREENLEE under Article Three of the Last Will and Testament of William D. Greenlee.
i,he Last Will and Testament of William I). Greenlee, dated November 2U, 1997, was
admitted to probate on January 13, 2011 by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary were granted thereon to Barbara B. Greenlee as
Executrix.
We are not receiving any consideration for making this DisclaimE;r.
Intending to be legally and irrevocably bound, we do hereby wholly and permanently
disclaim as Trustees of the bypass trust created under the Last Will and Testament of William D.
Greenlee all of the property, power or interest passing to the bypass trust under any Will, Deed
of Trust or otherwise, and by this Disclaimer, we do intend to irrevocab]~y and unqualifiedly
refuse to accept as Trustees of the bypass trust created under the Last Will and Testament of
William D. Greenlee any property, power or interest passing to the bypass trust under any Will,
Deed of Trust or otherwise in compliance vJi%h till provisions of Section 2518 of tl~ie ir~teinal
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the provisions of Chapter 62 of the Pennsylvania
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code in order to effect a qualified Disclaimer thereunder.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, BARBAF',A B. GREENLEE, have
been appointed Executrix of the Estate of William D. Greenlee, and I hereby acknowledges
receipt of the Disclaimer by Barbara B. Greenlee and Patricia G. Thornton, Trustees of the
exemption trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Williarr~ 1;~. Greenlee pursuant to
the power granted to said Trustees under Article Eleven (5) of the Last Will and Testament of
William D. Greenlee, Deceased.
