This Assessment Appeal relates to the value of the subject property as a result of the year 2004 Cumberland County, countywide, reassessment, effective for assessments beginning on and after January 1,2005. 3. The property which is the subject of this appeal is Cumberland County Assessment Parcel No. 40-09-0533-008 and is known as the Mayapple Golf Links and Restaurant property, situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4.
