Dear Judge Oler,
I am in receipt of a Court Order dated June 14, 2011, concerning the above-referenced
matter which schedules a hearing before you on July 22, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately,
Attorney Alexandra Mokosky has apre-paid planned family vacation out of state scheduled for
the same date. Y have been in contact with opposing counsel J. Edward Beck, Jr., and he concurs
with our request for the rescheduling of the July22nd hearing. I would ask that this mattex be
rescheduled at the earliest possible date at the convenience of the Court.
