IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. A Rule is issued upon Paul J. Fox, Executor of the Estate of Philip E. Fox, to
show cause why he should not be removed as Executor of the Estate of Philip E. Fox
and to have Judith A. Fox appointed as Executrix of the Estate in his place;
2. The Answer shall be filed on or before July 11, 2011;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that ahearing/argument in this
matter shall be held on Friday, August 5, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
