Seibert, a resident of Middle Paxton Town9hip, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made. 1. First, I make the following specific bequests: (a) To my daughter Sharon (Sharon Seibert, 2650 Ellendale Rd., Dauphin, PA) I give the Family Bible and all tangible personal property in and about my home. Cash, CDs, etc. are not to be considered tangible property. (b) To my daughter Sally (Sally Gautney, Mechanicsburg, PA) I give $2,000, but, if my net Estate has a value of $50,000 or more, I give her $5,000. (c) To my daughter Emily (Emily R. Stanton, 2650 Ellendale Rd., Dauphin, PA) I give the weapons that were her father's for her to dispose of as he would have wished. (d) To my daughter Ruth (Ruth Chamberlain, Etters, PA) I hereby forgive her of her obligation in the form of a loan from her father and me in the amount of $1,000. 2. All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate I give, devise, and bequeath as follows: (a) 25% thereof to my daughter Emily, but, if she should predecease me, God forbid, then to her children, but, if she has no children, then to my daughter Sharon, but, if she should predecease me, God forbid, then to Brad (Bradley Stanton, 2650 Ellendale Rd., Dauphin, PA), Emily's husband, and (b) 75% thereof to my daughter Sharon; but, if she should predecease me or.die within 30 days of my death, God forbid, then to Emily, but, should she predecease me, then to her children, but, if she has no children, then to Brad, her husband. 3. I regret that my meager Estate is insufficient for me 1 to give to all of my family not mentioned herein, but to all and each of them, as well as my beneficiaries herein, I give my undying love. 4. If any party, including any beneficiary mentioned herein, shall contest this Will or the validity thereof, it is my will that any interest she or he would have under this Will or under the laws of intestacy shall be forfeited or precluded, and any such interest shall inure to the benefit of both or either of the residuary legatees named herein. 5. I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter Emily R. Stanton the Executrix of my Estate, but, if she is unwilling or unable so to serve, I then nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter Sharon Seibert as Executrix of my Estate, either to serve without bond and to have authority to liquidate any interest in real estate I may have at the time of my death without leave of Court.
