AND NOW, this 2 ~ day of ~~ ~ ~ , 2011, upon consideration of
the foregoing Petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above parties may compromise the
action set forth in the Petition to Approve Settlement of Survival Action for the sum of
$6,000.00, and Michelle M. Bottoms, Executrix of the estate of Constance M. Minich, Deceased,
is authorized to distribute the monies in this action as follows:
(a) Authorize the payment of counsel fees in the amount of $2,000.00 and
costs in the amount of $95.80 to Handler, Henning & Rosenberg, LLP,
from the funds due;
(b) Distribute the remaining net proceeds of the settlement, $3,904.20, to the
Estate of Constance M. Minich.
