The Defendant is Leslie A. Blessing a/k/a Leslie Blessing, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 210 Regal View Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 4. On October 27, 2005, James Blessing and Leslie A. Blessing a/k/a Leslie Blessing made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1930, Page 2292. 5. On March 30, 2011, the aforesaid mortgage was thereafter assigned by "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender to The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders Of The CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-13, by Assignment of Mortgage, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Assignment of Mortgage Instrument Number 201109694. 6.
