ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 23rd day of June, 2011, upon
consideration of the Petition for Removal of Administr<~tor and
Substitution of Successor Administrator, and after hearing at
which testimony was received from the petitioner, Leigh Ann
Shenk, and also from the current administrator, Meliss<~ Jane
Shenk, the Court finds that there are grounds for removal of the
administrator under 20 Pa.C.S.A. Section 3182(1) and directs the
Register of Wills to remove her. Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A.
Section 3183, the Register of Wills is authorized to grant new
letters of administration to Leigh Ann Shenk, and we direct
Leigh Ann Shenk to forthwith proceed to the Register of Wi:11s
Office where she may properly file and be sworn in.
