case it is hereby ordered that Robert M. Mumma II's Application under 20 Pa. C.S. Section 767
to Join Additional Parties in Interest is hereby rejected and the requested additional parties, to
wit, the Internal Revenue Service, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the
Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, are relieved of any obligation to participate.
