We enclose herewith our check No. 545470 dated 6/15/11 and made payable to the
Register of Wills, Agent in the amount of $27,500.00. This check represents a payment
on account of PA Transfer Inheritance Tax due at nine months from date of death.
Also enclosed, for your file, is a copy of our letter to the Pennsylvania Department of
Revenue dated June 15, 2011 requesting an extension of time until 12/16/2011 to file the
Inheritance Tax Return Resident Decedent for the Estate of Ernest S. Burch, Jr.
Please acknowledge receipt of the above-mentioned payment by signing the enclosed
copy of this letter and returning it to us for our files in the envelope provided.

Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Section 9136(d) of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1995, PNC
Bank, N.A., Executor, hereby requests an extension of time to file the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return-Resident Decedent for the Estate of Ernest S. Burch, Jr. We
hereby request that the time for filing the return be extended for a period of six (6)
months, or until 12/16/2011.
As Executor, we need additional time in which to identify and value all assets owned by
the decedent at the time of his death in order to file a complete and accurate return.
Therefore, as Executor we respectfully request an extension to 12/16/2011 to file the
Inheritance Tax Return-Resident Decedent, REV-1500.
