Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams reside at 74 Betty Nelson Court, #158, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On or around June 29, 1996 Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams purchased a 1993 Hyundai Excel automobile from Sunset Auto Bales, Inc. The same was assigned to Reliance Finance Company on June 29, 1996. 4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams entered into a motor vehicle installment sale contract. A copy of the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams to pay to Reliance Finance Company 48 monthly payments of $155.36 beginning on August 5, 1996. 6. Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams are delinquent on their payments owed to Plaintiff. 7. The current balance owing by Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams to Reliance Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale contract as of July 24, 2000 is $1,351.00. 8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams pay the aforesaid balance, however, they have refused to pay the same. 9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to $475.00. WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams in the amount of $1,351.00 plus $475.00 in attorney fees for a total of $1,826.00. Aaron Golden and jamie Adams reside at 74 Betty Nelson Court, ~155, carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On or around June 29, 1996 Aaron Golden and jamie Adams purchased a 1993 Hyundai Excel automobile from sunset Auto sales, Inc. The same was assigned to Reliance Finance company on June 29, 1996. 4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Aaron Golden and Jamie Adan%~ entered intO a motor vehicle installment sale contract. A copy of the same is attached heretO as Exhibit "A". 5. Said motOr vehicle installment sale contract required Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams to pay to Reliance FinanCe company 48 monthly payments of $155.36 beginning on AuguSt 5, 1996. 6. Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams are delinquent on their payments owed to plaintiff. 7. The current balance owing by Aaron Golden and jamie Adams to Reliance FinanCe Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale contract as of July 24, 2000 is $1,351.00. 8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams pay the aforesaid balance, however, they have refused to pay the same. 9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to $475.00. WHEREFORE, Reliance FinanCe Company requests judgment a~ainst Aaron Golden and Jamie Adams in the amount of $1,351.00 plus $475.00 in attorney fees for a total of $1,826.00.
