2.)The Defendant is Michelle Sopp, residing at 17 Marshall Dr., Camp Hill,
PA, 17011, Cumberland, 717-732-1443.

6.)Mother has continually, and completed interfered with Father's relationship
with Amya, the child. The Mother has not returned numerous phone calls, txt
messages, and letters/cards. The Father has not seen the child in one years time.
Pennsylvania's Sect. 23, Statute 5303, Note 572"Hostilities between parents", custody
states: "In Granting legal and physical custody of minor child to mother, subject to
partial custody of father, trail court adequately considered mother's interference with
father's relationship with child, mother's refusal to accommodate relationship
between father and child, and father's parenting skills; trial court examined mother's
recalcitrance in hindering father's access to child, appropriately drafted specific
custody order to preclude mother form denying father access to child, and also
concluded that mother moved to Maryland for better job opportunities in her chosen
profession. Plowman v. Plowman, 597 A.2d 701, 409 Pa.Super. 143, Super. 1991"
7.)Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another
capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody of the child in this or another
court, including but not limited to: child support, protection from abuse,
guardianship, dependency, delinquency, criminal, or mental health.
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning
the child pending in a Court of this Commonwealth or any other state.
Plaintiff knows of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody
of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
The name and address of such person is: Michelle Sopp.
8.) The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by
granting the relief requested because (set forth facts showing that the granting of the
relief requested will be in the best interest and permanent welfare of the children):
9.) Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and
the person who has physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this
action. All other persons, named below, who are known to have or claim a right to
custody or visitation of the child will be given notice of the pendency of this action
and the right to intervene:
