and inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: Thu G. Tran, but was unable to locate her in his
bailiwick. He therefore returns the within Complaint and Notice as not found as to the defendant Thu G.
Tran. Request for service at 1309 Brandt Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070 the Defendant
was not found. Although there was a language barrier, current residents of this address advised Deputies
Thu G. Tran does not reside at this location. However, The New Cumberland Postmaster is delivering her
mail to this address.
