ITEM I. I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all of my legal debts and funeral expenses, including the cost of my gravemarker, and administration expenses of my estate, as soon as practicable after my death. ITEM II. Immediately after my death, I request to be cremated, without a viewing or a sermon. ITEM III. I give and bequeath all my automobiles, jewelry, wearing apparel, books, pictures, household furniture and furnishings, and all other articles of household and personal use, together with any insurance existing thereon, as follows: to my beloved son, RONALD B. ZEIGLER. ITEM IV. I give all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to my son, RONALD B. ZEIGLER ITEM V. I also acknowledge that I have a daughter, LINDA L. SHUMAN who would be the natural object of my bounty. I choose to leave my daughter, LINDA L. SHUMAN only my love and affection. ITEM VI. I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and disposition of my remains shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death a„d as par; of the expense of the administration of my estate. All estate, inheritance, legacy, succession, or transfer taxes, including any interest and penalties thereon, imposed by any domestic or foreign law with respect to all property taxable under such laws by reason of my death, whether or not such property passes under this Will, by operation of law, by contract, or otherwise, shall be paid without any right of reimbursement from any recipient of any such property, without any right of apportionment, and without postponement. ITEM IX. I nominate and appoint RONALD B. ZEIGLER, of Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania, as the sole Executor of this my Last Will, to serve without bond for the faithful performance of duties in any jurisdiction. In the event that the Executor named above shall predecease me, or fails or ceases to qualify to serve as Executor of this Will within thirty (30) days of my death, I nominate and appoint STEVEN P.
