COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 1 Robert Lane, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013.
2. The Defendant is an adult individual residing at 42 W. Baltimore Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
3. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on or about July 1,
2003 at 42 N. Pitt Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff was the owner of a 1993 Honda
Civic which was then and there lawfully parked.
5. While Plaintiffs vehicle was parked, Defendant intentionally vandalized the
vehicle resulting in the damages hereinafter set forth.
6. Solely as a result of Defendant's intentionally vandalizing Plaintiffs vehicle
by putting dents in the doors and roof, Plaintiff sustained damages in the amount of ONE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO and 24/100 ($1,782.24) DOLLARS to
repair his vehicle.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in an amount
not in excess of mandatory arbitration limits, together with punitive damages and interest
and costs.
