Martens ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 3608 Dwayne Avenue Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-18-1312 Parcel No: 138 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1, 2011 to July 1, 2011. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended.
