ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Penmylv~a, being more fully bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point located on the southerly right of way line of Inverness Drive, 25
feet from the centerline of the same and being a front property comer of Lot No. 37; thence along
said Lot No. 37, South 50 degrees 4 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 138.54 feet to a point,
said point being a corner of'Lot No. 31; thence along said Lot No. 31, South 36 degrees 2
minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of 121.28 feet to a point, said point being a corner of LOt
No. 39; thence along said Lot No. 39, north 33 degrees 51 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance
