AND NOW, this (°~ ` day of July, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition of
Paul R. Trimmer, and pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3102, it is hereby ordered and
decreed that the Estate of Dorothy M. Trimmer, Deceased, be awarded to Paul R.
Trimmer, without notice to any individual or entity, and without appraisement, and with
authority of Paul R. Trimmer to receive and collect all assets of the Estate of Dorothy M.
Trimmer, to pay any outstanding medical and other bills finally settled as due and
payable from the said estate, and to distribute the net estate 100% to himself, and to
make any and all necessary assignments and transfers.
