The Executrix proposes to distribute the entire balance of the Estate for
distribution under the provisions of Items Second and Fifth of the Last Will and
Testament of the decedent, as follows:

2. Jean Smith, cash 5,587.92
3. First United Church of Christ of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, cash 5.000.00
TOTAL $16,175.83
