NO-LIEN CONTRACT
WHEREAS STONER CONTRACTING GROUP, LLC, hereinafter called
"Contractor", has entered into a contract dated the 6th day of July, 2011, with TERRY L.
COOK AND CLAUDIA L. COOK, Owner, of CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter called "Owner", whereby Contractor has agreed to construct a building or
other site improvements on Owner's lot situate in the Township of Silver Spring,
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, and Owner has agreed to have Contractor
construct certain improvements on said site.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties as part
of said building contract and for the considerations therein set forth that neither the
Contractor nor any subcontractor, materialman, laborer nor any other person furnishing
labor or materials to said Contractor under said contract shall file a lien, commonly called
a "mechanic's lien", for work done and materials furnished to Owner's property situate in
the Township of Silver Spring, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more
specifically described in Exhibit "A".
THIS STIPULATION is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary
of CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and pertains to the property above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands
and seals this - day of 12011.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Silver Spring, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Trindle Road (Pennsylvania Route 641) and
along the lands now or formerly of William B. Harral, which point is a distance of 486 feet from
the centerline intersection of Old Stone House Road and Trindle Road; thence along Trindle
Road South 89 degrees 29 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence
along the lands now or formerly of Calvin B. Cook and Fanny I. Cook, his wife, the following five
courses and distances: (1) North 00 degrees 30 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 170
feet to a point; (2) thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 40 feet
to a point; (3) thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 242.06 feet
to a point; (4) thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 200.06 feet
to a point; (5) thence South 00 degrees 30 minutes 9 seconds East a distance of 100 feet to a
point; thence along lands now or formerly of William B. Harral South 00 degrees 30 minutes 9
Seconds East a distance of 312.06 feet to a point the place of BEGINNING.
Being Tract No. 1A as shown on a certain subdivision plan for Calvin B. Cook as recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book
65, page 21.
Being the same premises which Hooke, Lebo, and Hooke, a partnership composed of William
H. Hooke, George O. Lebo, and William H. Hooke, Jr. by Deed dated 6-27-1983 and recorded
6-30-1983 in Cumberland County in Deed Book G30 Page 439 conveyed unto Calving B. Cook
and Fanny I. Cook, his wife, in fee.
Being the same premises which Calvin B. Cook and Fanny I. Cook, his wife by Deed dated 10-
12-1992 and recorded 10-13-1992 in Cumberland County in Deed Book X35 Page 906
conveyed unto Terry L. Cook and Claudia L. Cook, husband and wife, in fee.
Being known as Parcel No. 38-23-0581-054.
