AND NOW, this 21S` day of July, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition To
Approve (1) Resignation and Discharge of the Executor, (2) Withdrawal of Executor's
Counsel and (3) Filing of First and Partial Account, and it appearing that there may be
some urgency involved in the replacement of the executor and attorney for the estate to
facilitate timely action by a successor personal representative, it is ordered and directed
as follows:
1. The Petition is granted to the extent that (a) the Executor is authorized to file a
first and partial account, and (b) the resignation and withdrawal of the executor
and counsel are authorized, effective upon the Register's grant of letters of
administration d.b.n.c.t.a to a new personal representative and the entry of
appearance by new counsel for the estate; and
2. No other relief is granted at this time, without prejudice to the executor's right
to pursue the relief requested, such as discharge and approval of his first and
partial account, on a less exigent basis.
