Morningside Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Henry
Shotsberger and Hilda Shotsberger, his wife, by Deed dated November 30, 1978 and
recorded December 1, 1978 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deed Office in Deed
Book "E", Vol. 28, Page 361. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The said Henry Shotsberger died August 9, 1997, whereupon full and complete
title to the within described real estate became vested solely in Hilda Shotsberger, the
Decedent herein. The total assessed value of this real estate is as follows: County
Assessed Value $109,990.00 x Common Level Ration 1.26 = $138,587.40.
