Dennis Hogan is an adult, and on or about July 21, 2010, was the registered owner of a 2006 Hyundai motor vehicle and was insured under a policy of insurance issued by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Defendant Donald Shughart is an adult residing at 1535 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015, and on or about July 21, 2010, was the registered owner of a 1996 Subaru motor vehicle bearing Pennsylvania License Plate Number GSZ5674. 4. Defendant Laura Shughart is an adult residing at 1535 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015, and on or about July 21, 2010 was the authorized operator of the aforesaid Subaru motor vehicle. 5. On or about July 21, 2010, while operating the aforesaid Subaru motor vehicle on Belvedere Street in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Defendant Laura Shughart disregarded a posted stop sign, failed to take adequate precautions and pulled directly into the path of Plaintiffs insured and struck Plaintiffs insured's vehicle, causing extensive damage thereto. 6. The aforesaid accident was a direct and proximate result of Defendant(s) negligence, carelessness, and/or other liability-producing conduct. 7. Pursuant to the insurance policy herein mentioned, Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company a/s/o Dennis Hogan has incurred and paid expense and other damages in the amount of $7,985.92.
