estate of George A. Sheriff. This claim is filed pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. section 3532. The said decedent,
whose last known residence, and collateral securing loan, was 531 Conodoquinet Avenue, Carlisle, PA,
17015, SSIN 200-36-4391, died on February 11, 2011. Formal written notice of this claim was provided
to Kelly J. Koser, Administrator, for the Estate on June 6, 2011 and by copy of this creditor's claim dated
July 21, 2011.
