ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of l~ua being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pen~.~ylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern fight-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street,
said point being the southwestern comer of Lot No. 84; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve
to the left having a radius of 525.00 f~t and an arc' length of 75.00 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord
of South 56 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds West a distance of 74.94 feet to a point, said point being the
western most comer of Lot No. 82; thence along the western line of said lot North 37 degrees 28 minutes
50 seconds West a distance of 126.49 feet to a point, said point being on the southern line of Lot No. 99;
thence along the southern l/ne of said lot North 59 degrees 13 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 14.61
