DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 14th day of July, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by David L. Johnson and Melissa Bobincheck, dated and filed on July 8, 2011, for the estate of
Paul Edward Johnson, which contains an averment that the assets of the estate will remain in the custody
and control of resident co-personal representative, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the surety bond
amount of $100,000 for David L. Johnson as set in the Decree of the Register of Wills, dated July
6, 2011, is hereby waived. IT IS ALSO DECREED that Letters of Administration shall be
granted to David L. Johnson and Melissa Bobincheck on July 15, 2011, pursuant to 20 PA.C.S.A.
§3155(c).
