AND NOW, this 26th day of July, 2011, upon consideration of the ]Petition of
Betsy J. Suggs, it is hereby ordered that Betsy J. Suggs is appointed Guardian of the
person of Brandon V. Liddick, a minor, born on November 6, 2003. It is further ordered
that Betsy J. Suggs is appointed Guardian of the Estate of Brandon V. Liddick and any
monies received by her in connection with the estate of Brandon V. Liddick: shall be
deposited into an account with a federally insured financial institution, subject to a
condition on the account that no withdrawals be made without prior court approval.
