RECEIPT, RELEASE, REFUNDING, AND INDEl~~IIVIFICATION AGREEMENT ~~-~~
The undersigned, Betty J. Sollenberger, a beneficiary of the Estate of Robert K. Hess,
deceased, does hereby:
1. Acknowledge that she has examined and approved the First and Final Account of
Betty J. Sollenberger and Richard D. Hess, Co-Executors of the Estate of Robert K. Hess, a copy
of which is attached hereto as Schedule A and made a part hereof by this reference.
~ 2. ..Acknowledge receipt of alI the assets to which she is entitled under the
Distributions to Beneficiaries and Proposed Distributions to Beneficiaries sections of the First
and Final Account.
3. Release Betty J. Sollenbexger and Richard D. Hess, and each of their heirs,
personal representatives, successoxs and assigns from all liabilities, whether due to the Co-
Executors' negligence or otherwise, which she may have by reason of the Co-Executors'
administration of the estate.
4. Agree to refund the Co-Executors any portion of the distribution to which she is
not properly entitled and, to the extent of said distribution, to indemnify Co-Executors for claims
against them as Co-Executors, and to reimburse to the Co-Executors all expenses and costs
(including attorney's fees) incurred in connection with any such claims.
5. Declare that this instrument shall be legally binding upon her, her personal
representatives, successors, and assigns.
