WHEREAS, STEPHEN BLACK BUILDERS, Contractor, entered Into a contract
with GAETANO J. MASTRELLA AND KAREN T. MASTRELLA, Borrowers, to provide
the materials and labor necessary for the erection of a home on a lot of ground situate
on 6270 APPALOOSA DRIVE, MEHCANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, more particularly bounded, limited and described In Exibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, it Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the
said parties as part of the said contract and for the omulderation therein set forth that
neither the undersigned contractor, and sub-contractor or material man; nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under said contract shall file
a lien, commonly called a mechanics lien, for work done or materials furnished to the
said building or any part thereof. CuMVr1aAA
This stipulation Is made and intended to be filled with the Prothonotary of
County, Pennsylvania, within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the
requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania in such case provided.

ALL the following described tract of land situate, lying and being in HAMPI?EN
TOMSH , Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded and limited as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point along the southern right-of-way of Archer Lane, said point being
a common property corner with Lot 18 of Hunt+ees gate; thence from said point of
beginning South 69 degrees 58 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 140.91 feet to a
point; thence along the same by a curve to the right with a radius of 25.04 feet, an arc
length of 40.05 feet and a chord bearing of South 24 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds
East a chord distance of 85.90 feet to a point; thence along the western right-of-way of
Blade Powder Drive South 21 degrees 49 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 35.78
feet to a point; thence along the same by a curve to the right with a radius of 125.00
feet, and arc length of 192.13 feet, and a chard bearing of South 65 degrees 51
minutes 05 seconds West a chord distance of 173.77 feet to a point; thence along the
same North 70 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 40.15 feet to a
point; thence along Lot 18 of Hunter's Gate North 20 degrees 01 minutes 36 seconds
east a distance of 182.73 feet to the point of Beginning.
Known as Lot 19 in the subdivision of Hunter's Gate, located in Hampden Township of
Cumberland County, as depicted on the Final Subdivision Plan of Hunter's Gate
