1. Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust
2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the owner of premises known as 3 Colton
Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257, more fully described in the legal description, a true and correct
copy is attached hereto, made part hereof and marked as Exhibit I.
2. Plaintiff claims title to the aforesaid property by virtue of a Sheriffs sale held on June
01, 2011, in the execution of a judgment in mortgage foreclosure obtained in the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Docket No. 09-7449-Civil where Plaintiff was the
successful bidder.
3. The Plaintiff became the owner of the said property by a sheriff's deed recorded on
July 08, 2011 in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County at Instrument No. 201119109.
A true and correct copy is attached hereto, made part hereof and marked as Exhibit H.
4. Plaintiff, by virtue of the aforesaid title, is the owner in fee of the said premises, and is
entitled to possession thereof. The Defendants Nicole Herb or Occupants are occupying the said
premises without right, and so far as the Plaintiff is informed, without claim of title.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment for possession of 3 Colton Drive,
Shippensburg, PA 17257.
