of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "D", Vol. 24, Page 424, granted
and conveyed unto William E. Clifford and Maria A. Clifford. The said William E.
Clifford died December 10, 2007 and therefore by operation of law Marie A. Clifford
became sole owner thereof. Marie A. Clifford died August 20, 2009. The Register of
Wills of Cumberland County on September 2~, 2009 granted Letters Testamentary to .lane
E. Clifford, Executrix of the Estate of Marie A. Clifford, with full power to convey and is
Grantor herein.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants, promises, and agrees to and with the said
Grantees, and Grantees' heirs, successors, and assigns, that the said Grantor has not
