against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 4038 Cherokee Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, and more particularly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 204, Page 113 et. sea.
