AND PLENARY GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE

AND NOW, this ~ day of A ~ 9 ~ ~~ , 2011, after
hearing and upon review of all of the evidence, this court finds the following:
A. Patsy J. Cromer, the alleged incapacitated person in this
matter, suffers from a medical condition which impairs her ability
and capacity to make and communicate decisions.
B. The said Patsy J. Cromer lacks any realistic capacity to
make or communicate important decisions regarding her finances,
her health care, or other critical matters in her life.
C. There is an immediate need for guardianship services for
the said Patsy J. Cromer because she is unable to make decisions
for or otherwise care for herself.

D. The Petitioner in this matter, G. William Cromer, is the
person in the best position to serve as the plenary guardian of the
person and the plenary guardian of the estate of Patsy J. Cromer.
There is no other person in an immediate situation to provide
guardianship services for her.
E. Because of the extent of her disability, this court
determines it is appropriate to appoint a plenary guardian of both
the person and the estate for Patsy J. Cromer.
F. The duration of the guardianships of the person and of
the estate of the said Patsy J. Cromer should be indefinite because
it is not possible, at this time, to determine whether she will
recover from the medical and mental conditions that impair and
incapacitate her and it is unlikely because of her advanced age, that
such a recover will occur.
Based upon the above, this court determines that it is appropriate to appoint a
plenary guardian of the person and plenary guardian of the estate of Patsy J.
Cromer and that the petitioner in this matter, G. William Cromer, should be
appointed to such position.
Based upon the above findings, we .hereby order as follows:
1. G. William Cromer is hereby appointed the plenary
guardian of the person of Patsy J. Cromer and is vested with, and
authorized to exercise, all powers, authorities, duties, and functions
of a plenary guardian of the person of Ms. Cromer as authorized by
the law of Pennsylvania.
2. G. William Cromer is hereby appointed the plenary
guardian of the estate of Patsy J. Cromer as is vested with, and
authorized to execute, all powers, authorities, duties and functions
of a plenary guardian of the estate of Ms. Cromer as authorized by
the law of Pennsylvania. Further, the said G. William Cromer is
hereby directed to take possession of and to manage the finances,
assets, and property of the said Patsy J. Cromer and to apply such
items for her benefit.
