I, John H. Alleman of Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be
my will, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils.
Distribution of Personal Property
FIRST: I give to the rocking chair that belonged to my mother, Rosa Alleman, to Denise Alleman
if she shall survive me. If she shall not survive me, then this gift shall lapse and be distributed with
my other personal property.
I give the Bible that belonged to my grandfather, John K. Alleman, to Brady Alleman if he shall
survive me. If he shall not survive me, then this gift shall lapse and be distributed with my other
personal property.
General Bequest of Personalty Subject to Post-Dated Memorandum
I give the person or persons identified in any written statement which is signed by me, whether
prepared at the time of the making of this will or at a subsequent time, certain items of tangible
personal property described therein. This provision authorizing reference to such a separate
statement does not necessarily mean that such a statement has been mad~e~bx me in connection

Protection of Beneficiaries
THIRD: No interest in income or principal shall be assignable by a beneficiary or available to
anyone having a claim against a beneficiary before actual payment to the beneficiary.
Incapacitated Beneficiaries
FOURTH: If any income or principal shall be payable to any person who shall be incapacitated for
any reason, my executors as trustees shall hold such income and principal during incapacity and
shall be entitled to apply such income and principal to the health, maintenance and support of such
person during incapacity without the appointment of any guardian or committee or any authority
of court. My executors as trustees shall be entitled to make direct application hereunder or to
make application by payment of income and principal to the person in charge of such
incapacitated person, or to his or her guardian or to a custodian under the Uniform Transfers to
Minors Act. Any remaining income and principal to which such person shall be entitled shall be
distributed to such person upon the termination of incapacity. My executors as trustees shall have
the same powers as my executors.
Payment of Death Taxes
FIFTH: All estate, inheritance and other death taxes, together with interest and penalties on them,
payable with respect to property or interests subject to taxation by reason of my death and
whether passing under my will or any codicil or otherwise, including other non-testamentary
property thereto shall be paid out of my residuary estate without apportionment.
Powers of Executor
SIXTH: In addition to any other powers conferred by statute, I confer on my executors the right
to sell or otherwise convert any real or personal property at public or private sale, at such time or
times, in such manner and for such price or prices, and on such terms and conditions as my
executors shall determine, and to execute and deliver good and sufficient conveyances,
assignments, and transfers of property, without liability of any purchaser for the application of any
consideration; to borrow money and to secure its payment by mortgage of real or personal
property, pledge of investments, or otherwise, without liability on the part of the lenders to see to
the application thereo~, to retain any investments at discretion; to invest or reinvest at discretion,
as permitted under Act 28 of 1999, the "Prudent Investor Act;" to make distribution in cash or in
kind; to allocate and distribute different kinds or disproportionate shares of property or undivided
interests in property among beneficiaries, in cash or in kind, or partly in each; and to do all other
acts and things necessary or appropriate in the management, administration and distribution of my
estate.
Appointment of Executors
SEVENTH: I appoint Robert D. Alleman of 317 McCulloch Road, Shippensburg, PA and Galen
M. Alleman of 155 Lesher Road, Newburg, PA as the executors of my will, with full power to act
individually and separately.
Waiver of Bond
EIGHTH: I direct that no fiduciary hereunder shall be required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction,
and if any bond is necessary, no surety shall be required.
Compensation of Executors
NINTH: My executors shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for services rendered in
administering and distributing the assets of my estate and to reimbursement for expenses.
Interchangeability of Language
TENTH: Words used in the singular may be read to include the plural or the plural may be read as
the singular. Similarly, the masculine form may be read to include the feminine and neuter; the
feminine may be read to include the masculine and neuter; and the neuter may be read to include
the masculine and feminine.

ELEVENTH: The headings used on the various paragraphs of this will are included for
convenience only and shall have no legal significance.

Dear Sir/Madam:
This is in response to your request for an extension of time to file the Inheritance Tax Return for
the above estate.
In accordance with Section 2136 (d) of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act of 1995, the time for
filing the return is extended for an additional period of .six months. This extension will avoid the'
imposition of a penalty for failure to make a timely return. However, it does not prevent interest from
accruing on any tax remaining unpaid after the delinquent date.
The return must be filed with the Register of Wills on or before 11/07/05. Because Section 2136
(d) of the 1995 Act allows for only one extra period of six (6) months, no additional extension(s) will be
granted that would exceed the maximum time permitted.

The undersigned agree that each of the parties to this Agreement have been
furnished with a complete listing of the estate assets, receipts and disbursements as set
forth on the Accounting, and it is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that final
distribution of this estate be accomplished without a formal accounting to the Orphans'
Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Culmberland County, it being the desire
of the parties to avoid the expense, delay and publicity of the formal accounting.
The undersigned agree that each party to this Agreement acknowledge that this
Agreement shall be indexed and recorded in the estate proceedings and that the terms
hereof shall be binding upon their respective heirs, successors, Executors, and assigns.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
