2. Respondent Calvin F. Williams, III ("Respondent Williams") is an adult indivi
with a last known address of 149 Locust Point Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Respondent Timothy F. Straub ("Respondent Straub") is an adult individual with a
last known address of 2602 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
Williams and Respondent Straub are hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Respondents."
4. This Petition is filed pursuant to § 8103(a) of the Judicial Code.
5. The execution proceedings occurred in connection with Cumberland County Court
Common Pleas Civil Docket No. 11-6333 after a Writ of Execution was issued upon a judge
entered by confession in the amount of $1,712,685.47, plus all amounts advanced by Petiti
in collection of the debt pursuant to the terms of the Note and loan documents, monthly
charges, reasonable attorneys' fees, and interest from July 28, 2011.
6. The judgment upon which a deficiency is sought was entered against
based on loans made from Petitioner to Respondents.
7. On April 4, 2012, the following properties were struck down to Mid Penn Bank at
Sheriffs Sale in Cumberland County:
a. Real property known as 2514 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." The fair market vale
of this property is $290,000.00;
b. Real property known as 157 S. 32nd Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,! a
description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B." The fair market
of this property is $237,000.00;
c. Real property known as 161 S. 32nd Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C." The fair market
of this property is $185,000.00;

d. Real property known as 214 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, a
description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D." The fair market
of this property is $133,600.00.
8. On or about April 4, 2012, ownership of the real property known as 405-407
Street, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, a description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "E,"
transferred to Petitioner by a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. The fair market value of
High Street, Dauphin, Pennsylvania is $47,000.00.
9. Collectively, the fair market value of the properties identified herein is $892,600.00.
10. Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 208.3(a)(2), undersigned counsel
that there is no counsel of record for Defendants to contact regarding concurrence in the Peti
