ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ?- day of August, 2011, a hearing on the petition
for a name change shall commence at 8:45 a.m., Monday, September 26, 2011, in
Courtroom Number 5, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The
petitioner shall publish notice of this hearing in a newspaper of general circulation and in
the Cumberland County Law Journal.
Petitioner shall also request an official search of the offices of the Prothonotary of
both Cumberland and Dauphin Counties to determine if there are any judgments,
decrees of record or other similar matters against the petitioner. Petitioner shall present
the results of these searches to the court.
