ARTICLE I ~ I direct the payment of all my legal debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death of whatever nature and hy whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ARTICLE II I give and bequeath my automobiles, household and personal effects and other tangible personalty of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, in equal shares unto my son, KOBERT H. WILLIS, my daughter-in-law, ADRIAN WILLIS, and my grandchildren, KATHLENE WRIGHT and BRADFORD WRIGHT, my Executor to distribute the same in accordance with a list which I have filed with this Will, but which I do not i.ncorporate by reference herein, and I authorize the Executor to exercise its discretion in making such distribution and direct that nc~te of the beneficiaries shall be entitled to question the distribution so nta~le nr sur~harge the Executor on account thereof.
