DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WII.LS
AND NOW, this 10th day of August, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Mark A. Stevens, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will
and Testament, which is dated April 15, 2011, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register
of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
Robert Wayne Miller, Sr. including the following modifications.
1. The obliteration of the word "Reginald" appearing on the second page in Part 7. Disposition of Property
and the modification to include the handwritten interlineation of the word "Robert".
2. The obliteration of the word "Robert" and "Jr" appearing on the second page in Part 7. Disposition of
Property and the modification to include the handwritten interlineation of the word "Reginald".
3. The obliteration of the sentence "If Robert Wayne Miller Jr does not survive me, I leave this property to
Reginald Wayne Miller." appearing on the second page in Part 7. Disposition of Propert`~.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Mark A. Stevens
this date. Mark A. Stevens shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
