GEBHART KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Edward G. Gebhart, an adult individual residing at 35 Regency Woods North, Carlisle, PA., 17015, hereby aver the following: WHEREAS, Patricia A. Gebhart, who resided in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on November 10, 2008; and WHEREAS, the intestate succession laws of Pennsylvania provide that, Edward Gebhart, spouse, is entitled to the first $30,000 and one-half (1/2) of the remainder; and, David E. Gebhart, Son, and Karen K. Cassell, Daughter, are entitled to an equal share of the one- half (1/2) remainder; and, WHEREAS, David E. Gebhart signed a Release on June 24, 2011, renouncing and abdicating any and all interest in the Estate of Patricia Gebhart; and, WHEREAS, Karen K. Cassell signed a Release on June 22, 2011, renouncing and abdicating any and all interest in the Estate of Patricia Gebhart. WHEREAS, having reviewed the Executor's Accounting and Inheritance Tax Return, for said Estate, I fully accept and agree with the terms therein; and WHEREAS, it is my desire that final distribution of this estate be accomplished without a formal accounting to the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, it being my desire to avoid the expense, delay and publicity of a formal accounting. I, EDWARD G. GEBHART, do hereby accept from the Estate of Patricia A. Gebhart the sum of $6,637.96, being the entire residuary estate of Patricia A. Gebhart. AND, THEREFORE, I do by these presents, remise, release and forever discharge the Estate of Patricia A. Gebhart, its Administrator, Edward G. Gebhart, and its attorney, Richard F. Maffett, Jr., Esquire, of and from any liability, and from all actions, suits, payment, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or for any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever. AND, THEREFORE, I do by these presents, remise, release and forever discharge the Estate of Patricia A. Gebhart, its Administrator, Edward Gebhart, and its attorney, Richard F. Maffett, Jr., Esquire, of and from any liability, and from all actions, suits, payment, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or for any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever.
