I direct the payment of my just debts and ex ens

illness and funeral from my estate as soon
after my death as
conveniently may be done. I direct my body be inter
red in the St.
Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Wertzville Road, Enola
Pennsylvania.
Further, I authorize my personal representativ
e to expend
funds from my estate, in such amour~t as m
y personal representative
shall consider necessary and desirable for th
e purchase, erection
and inscription of a suitable marker for m
Y grave.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath my real estate known
as 4900
Creekview Road and 5000 Creekview Road, Mechanicsb

(A) My daughter, Karen A. Fetrow, shall have t

select which of the properties she desires to be c

grandsons, Alan E. Fetrow and Grant J. Fetrow
(c) Any difference in the value of the res ecti

properties, shall be paid in cash from the party receiv'
ing the
higher valued property to the other.
(D) For the purposes of determining the value
each
property shall be valued at the value accepted for Penns
ylvania
Inheritance Tax purposes.
(E) This specific conveyance to Karen A, Fetrow
Alan E.
Fetrow and Grant J. Fetrow shall be made to each of
them per
stirpes.
I have made this bequest in an effort to even out
distributions between my children in light of rio
p r
distributions to Harold W. Fetrow II and reco nize
g the desire of
my son, Edward P. Fetrow, that his share of my estate be
conveyed directly to his children.
