PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
I, Brittany Leigh Hough Weigle who resides at 251 Clemson Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
and Kevin Dennis Sciba who resides at 15 Taconic Drive, Hopewell Junction, New York
would like to petition the Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a
marriage license.
2. The reason for their request is that the bride and groom are both Army lieutenants whose
basic officer training dates restrict their wedding date to Saturday, November 5 in Carlisle.
The bride will not return from her training until late night on November 2°d and the groom
departs for his training on November 7th. We would like to be married before we spend
another 6 months apart.
The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on November 3, 2011 with the date
of the marriage being November 5, 2011.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned petition the Court to waive the three day waiting period for
issuance of the marriage license.
