Plaintiffs Complaint details nothing about the payment history on the obligation, when the last payment was made, the portion of the amount allegedly due that constitutes interest, the portion of the amount purportedly due that constitutes late charges or any other charges, or the rate of interest applying to the transaction. 3. Defendant suspects that the interest rate is usurious or at least unenforceable, suspects late charges are excessive and, without a payment history other than the a conclusory affidavit of an alleged representative attached to the Complaint, suspects that a statute of limitation defense may be available. 4. Defendant is in no position to validly assert any of the contentions described in the previous paragraph in that the Complaint as written is so vague and conclusory that the Defendant cannot properly defend herself against it. 5. As such, Pa.R.Civ.P. 1028(a)(3) permits Defendant to request a more specific pleading via preliminary objection, and Defendant hereby makes that request with this preliminary objection.
