The claim filed in the above captioned Estate on behalf of DISCOVER FINANCIAL
SERVICES, LLC in the amount of $9,898.12 for Account No. xxxxxxxxxxxx9697, is
hereby released due to the Estate being insolvent. This Release of Claim is executed to
acknowledge discharge of the claim against the estate and to release the Estate and the
Personal Representative of the Estate from all further liability with respect thereto. If any
assets are located in the future and transferred into the Estate, at which time said funds
become available for creditors, the release filed herein is null and void.
