1) Your Petitioner is, Robert L. O'Brien, Esquire attorney for Violeto T.
Palmere, an adult male individual residing at 720 West 170th Street, # 2G, New York,
NY 10032..
2) Luz T. Palmere, the alleged incapacitated person is currently residing in
the Philippines.
3) Ms. Palmere is a natural born citizen of the Philippines who returned to
that country after suffering a stroke while residing in Cumberland County.
4) Your Petitioner requests the Register of Wills close this matter due to a
lack of jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Robert L. O'Brien, respectfully requests that the Register of
Wills/Clerk of the Orphans Court close the matter docketed in this Guardianship
proceeding due to the permanent removal of Ms. Palmere from the jurisdiction.
